The purchase invoice is the guarantee on all your purchases on Al Manar Store website. Terms and conditions: All products have a two-year warranty with the product's authorized agent itself. This includes phones, home appliances, electrical appliances, and large devices that have an agent inside the Kingdom. The warranty does not include: faults caused by negligence by the customer, either through improper use or storage not compatible with the manufacturer's recommendations, such as exposure to sunlight or heat, natural disasters, faults caused by using incompatible or low-quality accessories, faults due to falling or severe shaking, exposure to dust, dirt, water, liquids, or excessive humidity, or intentional opening of the product by the customer or unauthorized maintenance centers, or wire cuts. The warranty does not include: screen stickers, protective stickers, and cases after use. For customers inside Jeddah: Visit Al Manar Store showroom for faster service. Old Bahra, Al Mazroua Market, working hours from 4 PM to 11 PM. For customers outside Jeddah: If the product later malfunctions, it will be shipped to our address in Jeddah (at the customer's expense), and we are not obliged to replace if the warranty conditions are not met. If the product is repaired or replaced by us, it will be shipped to the customer's address at our expense. (Products with an agent inside the Kingdom are to be returned to the same agent.) Return and exchange policy: The customer has the right to exchange or return products within 7 days from the date of receipt by returning them to our store. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and the invoice must be kept. (Photos of the product to be returned or exchanged may be requested before reshipping the order to us.) (Refunds, delivery charges, and electronic payment fees such as Mada, Visa, or MasterCard will be deducted from the total order value.) Free delivery requests outside Jeddah: If the customer does not receive the shipment and it is returned to us, the customer will bear the shipping cost. 1- Smart devices: In case of manufacturing defects, the customer must contact the authorized warranty directly with the authorized agent. 2- Electronic accessories: The customer has the right to return all electronic accessories within (7) days from the purchase date. Product return method: Please contact customer service to assist you with the return process. After receiving the product, we will conduct an inspection. Once our technicians verify that the product matches the packaging conditions, with all accessories present, and check the technical products, approval or rejection of exchange or return will be made. Approval / rejection of exchange or return. The exchanged product will be shipped/delivered after contacting you to confirm your address. We will not exchange a product for a different model unless the original product is unavailable in stock. In such cases, we will request your approval before preparing and shipping. In case of return, only the purchase price will be considered, excluding shipping and delivery costs. If the return is due to a defect in the product, a manufacturer’s fault, damage during delivery/shipping, or incorrect/different product delivery, no additional shipping fees will be charged. For other reasons, such as the customer needing to exchange the product or not receiving the order, shipping or delivery fees will be charged to the customer.
